Customer Reviews
Durable mat, fast shipping
Got a Coastal Home Decor doormat. It's very sturdy. Shipping was quicker than I expected. Cleans easily. I recommend it.
Great value with first order discount
I was looking for a durable doormat and found The Rope Co. I signed up for their newsletter and got 10% off my first order, which was great. I bought a Solid Color Doormat. It felt like a good deal for a mat that seems like it will last forever. The free shipping over $150 was a nice bonus too, so I ended up adding a rope coaster set. Definitely felt like I got good value for my money.
Love my new doormat!
I just received my new Lobster Rope Mat and I absolutely love it! The colors are vibrant and it feels incredibly sturdy. It makes my entryway look so much better. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. I'm already thinking about getting a second one for the back door. This company makes fantastic products!
Consistent quality, returning customer
This was my third purchase from The Rope Co. I picked up a couple of their Storage Baskets this time. Just like my previous orders for doormats, the quality is consistently excellent. They hold their shape perfectly and look good in our mudroom. It's nice to know I can rely on them for well-made, practical items. They've always shipped everything carefully.
Good quality, delivery took a bit
I ordered a Striped Doormat for our front porch. The mat itself is really well-made, feels super durable, and looks great. It really stands up to the weather here. My only minor issue was that shipping took about a week to get to me, which felt a little long. I think they shipped from Maine, so I get it, but still. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the mat is worth it.
Detailed review of striped doormat
I ordered a custom size Striped Doormat for our unusually shaped back porch. The ordering process was straightforward; I just followed their instructions on the website for custom sizes. It took about 2 weeks from order to delivery, which I expected for a custom item coming from Maine. When it arrived, the mat was exactly as described and measured perfectly. The rope is thick and feels incredibly durable, like it will definitely withstand the harsh winters and hot summers here without fading or falling apart. I've already hosed it off once to clean it, and it dried quickly without any issue. It's heavier than I thought, so it stays put even in strong winds. It cost a bit more than other mats, but the quality difference is obvious. No regrets at all; it's a solid investment.

Is this company legit? Like, are they actually based in Maine making these things or is it just some dropshipper using the 'Maine' vibe?
hey, was looking at these mats, they look super cool. but like, how long do they actually last? i've had doormats fall apart in a year.
shipping to California, how long did it take for people? trying to get a gift to my sister by a certain date.
Anyone know if you can combine the 10% off for signing up with other sales, like during Black Friday? Trying to get the most bang for my buck.
are these mats safe for a wooden deck? don't want any weird staining or anything.
